GRT/1%/Prolific Prep Skill Training (Open Workouts)

Because of large amounts of phone calls/emails, we will be opening up training opportunities in Napa area for the fall. This will run for possibly the next few months. See schedule below.

This Saturday (Sept 5th). Workout will be 10-12pm in Napa. We have around 6 spots open.

*For next few weeks to months: Wednesdays and Fridays. Workout at local College with the Prolific Prep team. 7:30-9:30pm. This will only be open for 4 spots. This is for higher level players only.

*Starting next weekend (September 12th), we will have workouts every saturday in Napa from 8:30-10am. This will run through October.

We are going to keep the Saturday morning workouts going until it gets closer to November. This saturday (September 19th) will be at 8:30-10am at Grace Church of Napa Gym. The workouts consists of multiple trainers and Prolific Prep players, so we can accommodate any level or age player.

We are back for the next two-three saturdays for sure for our early Saturday morning Prolific Prep training sessions. We will evaluate after these two saturdays, but most likely will run the training till the first weekend of November (once we start games on road). Once again, it will be at Grace Church (3765 Solano Ave, Napa) from 8:30-10am. The Prolific Prep team will practice afterwards if you would like to stay and watch.

This is for grades 2nd-12th grade (all players separated by age on different sides of the court.
