Lane Brown, Winters get to play on NorCal stage

For the NorCal Championsip week, I like to dig in on some of the lesser known teams and what makes this go. For Winters, it is 6-foot-3 junior quarterback Lane Brown. He has thrown for 1,799 and 16 touchdowns and ran for 862 yards and 12 touchdowns through 11 games of reported stats.

Winters (12-0) has given up 50 total points this year. They will host Arcata on Friday in the 6-AA Bowl.

I'm really glad that all section champs decided to participate. This will be a lifelong memory for these kids.
