The updated maxpreps rankings just came out and I think my theory of "games being played on the court" is a lot more clear now.
St. Joseph's, who in my opinion, is one of the top 10 teams in Norcal(if they beat Salesian tomorrow, I say they are in the Open) are 30th in Norcal's maxpreps rankings behind:
