Mya Blake is now at Edison-Stockton

I'm not trying to be redundant if this has been posted before, but I heard 2021 guard Mya Blake has transferred from Bear Creek to Edison-Stockton.

that's seem to be the rumor mil. The rumor mil is coach Que is the head coach there now too. guess we wont know until season time...

Mya Blake IS enrolled at Edison HS.

Richie Lynch (AD at Edison) Is the Girls Coach.

Coach Que will be coaching at McClatchy like he always has this year.

I was responsible for the rumor on this site. I said it came from a usually reliable source, but I guess it was not that reliable. Unless Que wanted the job but because he is not an employee of the district he was aced out? An assistant at Delta was offered the job at Bear Creek and was coaching the team during the summer. Still, the last I hear she wanted a district job before committing. Makes sense because if you are not an employee, you can lose your job to any employee at the drop of a hat. Sort of makes it hard for some excellent coaches to stay at public schools.

Well at least the Blake rumor was true.
