I'm very pleased to see Escalon versus Hughson as Game of the Week!
Great communities that represent Middle America. Escalon if you have never been, is a very Proud town of about 10,000 people spread out in Southern San Joaquin County, just north of Modesto. a quant downtown and robust hard-working Dairy/Cheese/Livestock. Escalon is worth the drive from the BayArea for a daytrip.
Hughson with also about 10,000 people is just east of Ceres/Modesto in Stanislaus County. Peaches either cling or freestone will be picked here every year. Agriculture is king and hard work. Hughson also has a quant downtown that will remind you of a small hole in the wall town. Both towns have produced State Bowl Trophies to their community's just last season. Both took their bye week last week before the big match-up.
Both will be hyped when the lights shine on Friday in Hughson.
Both towns' will be in full force supporting their teams. Only one will win, but what a game it is going to be. I expect 3000 in attendance if not more. They play in the Trans Valley League, the premier small team league in all of California.

I almost never even look at other peoples picks, but you do have Riordan at 6 and 3 and no Fortuna/SV pick.
