I am firing the dart-throwing Monkey as of Monday morning - no severance pay, not even a banana.

Sigh, I know the feeling, Addict. Sigh, dead last this week. Instead of throwing effectively aimed darts for this week's pick'em, even my own monkey was thowing what a captive monkey likes tossing best from the stinkiingly ripe pile steaming behind where he squats. Sort of like what THE HEATER digs into and throws at decent, upstanding citizens on this Board whenever they've had a bad week at the pick'ems. Though, gotta admit, "Stick a fork in your eye muddy you are officially dirty water," is rather funny (if not mean, hurtful and rife with poor grammer and flawed punctuation...) Sigh. Muddy PS: Congrats to this week's Number One Picker: NorCalSportsFan and overall Picker farmair3. Obviously, THEIR monkeys not been eating green bananas!!!

Wow muddz I think it was you who made the first jabs at me..as far as punctuation I don't much care for switching screens on my phone. Hey, Addict. You know how it is. Some guys, like you and me and super pickers like farmair3, superslow, ownsWhitney, yardsofdust, NorCalSF, remember26, unkwntoMankind, mshNasty and Irish_Cheers, we see an old lady about to slip on an icy sidewalk and we rush over to either catch her, before she plummets to the frozen concrete and breaks her neck, or, if she slams onto the ice on her back like a body-slammed pro wrestler, we remove our coats and wrap her frail body to ward off hypothermia, give her smelling salts, check her pupils for signs of concussion, ask how many fingers we're holding up, yell at someone to go get her a cup of hot cocoa, and call the paramendics. But a guy like THE HEATER?!

He whips out his I-Phone and snaps a selfie of himself and the old lady in the background just before she lands and cracks her ribs! Then he rushes over and snaps another picture as her eyeballs roll around in their sockets with her tongue half bitten off and he posts it on You Tube titled, "Devil-Possessed Granny Spitting Blood at Unsupecting Passersby!" Then, worst of all, totally dispicable, he leans in close, takes out his pen and pad, and asks her what her picks are for Streak One's Friday Pick'em! Finally, instead of calling the medicos, he calls Starbucks and order's a Pumpkin Spice latte (FOR HIMSELF!) as he skips off humming and singing BTO's classic, "I'm ba-ba-ba-baaaaad to the bone!" On the other hand, of course, his dart-throwing monkey does a pretty good job at the Pick'ems, so, at least we know, he's either kind to animals or has found a new use for water boarding! Muds

No ADDICT no one is under my skin. Im just having fun like everyone else on here. I know it pains you guys that year end and year out I'm hovering around the top of these pickems with all these gurus and I'm just a basketball guy. The first year i would have won had i played the first week. I have know idea of the history of Dirty Water but he took some jabs at me out of the blue and i gave some back.

Your little story is very cute especially since you don't know what i do for a living. Little hint , i actually work with the geriatric population
