Are you using the app or trying to view games using the browser?

I’ve experienced issues when using a smartphone or tablet and the web browser. But when using the actual app, it seems to work fine aside from occasional lag.

NFHS will not work properly with some browsers such as windows Edge or 10. First try closing out & going into again & that usually works - & if not then its your browser likely.

It works fine with Google Chrome which you can download easily
