There have been a few schools that suspended players over gambling. It's too easy and too much of a risk for these players. Especially when your team is bad.
I go on prize picks and see players I know personally. I can't imagine how it is for someone to tell their friend the numbers and bet on it

There is a kid I know who goes to Fresno St. one day on PrizePicks he was the no 1 guy to go over 10.5 pts…I think over 60k bet it. He finished with 9. After the game I texted him and asked if he had been getting harassed. He showed me some of the messages and it’s crazy.

Gambling has 100% changed things. You combine that with social media and one day a player is going to get hurt by some crazy person that doesn’t understand this is just apart of the game.

I won on Beasley last night. But I stay away from ncaa games. I bet on the NBA and NFL they are far more of a sure thing.
