500K+Endorsements+Shoe Deal

or

$0+Classes/Study Hall+School Shoe Deal

I think Jalen made the right choice. Apparently this "new team" will be in Southern California...consisting of 5-6 top prospects....4-5 NBA Vets willing to teach these kids how to play...I think it's going to be a lot of fun to see.

Good for him. No one says a peep when kids that play tennis or golf skip college and go pro because they know thats what they want to do. College isnt for everyone.

Or baseball. This is more like bypassing college to go to the major league draft. Doesn’t mean you’ll be a lottery pick, but it’s a much better option than pretending to be a college student for a year. Good luck to him.

Very interested to see the roster for this new G-league team. another 5-star, Isaiah Todd reportedly will be joining Jalen on this team

Wondering the same thing. Not sure if there are a 12+ class of 2020 4/5 star players willing to do this. Will they all get $500K each? Green and Todd are the only ones to express interest so far.
Other possibilities:
Makur Maker
Marjon Beauchamp
Kai Sotto
Kenyon Martin Jr (might already be '20 draft eligible?)

Going down the remaining 24/7 rankings list of guys without warm college leads:
Carlos Rosario
Jarrett Hensley
Vladi Goldin
Tibet Gorener
Karim Mane ('20 draft elgible)

what about the guy at riordan?

Good, smart move for Green. Get your $$ without the NCAA trying to get their cut. Im pretty sure ESPN will show a few games. This option will be for 5 stars only. Hope the local all league kid doesnt think they getting in on this. lol
Kyree Walker???

Congratulations to this Young Man. Continued prayers on him, his family, his agent and advisors who lead and guide him. This all business MONEY!!
Son, move wisely!!! Wish JGreen nothing but the best.

If there is any year to do this, this is the year. With the uncertainty of next season (COVID-19) and fans being able to watch in stadium, I like this move. Limited exposure anyways, get better, and get the money before the 2021 draft. It also opens up a 4 year scholarship opportunity for someone else who may be under recruited and next up on the recruitment board. For the one Jalen Green, there will be many who pursue the same path, fail, get college without basketball. Choose wisely there are thousand of HS and college superstars who we never hear of again because of the path they chose.

Kyree sort of disappeared after withdrawing from Hillcrest. Did he end up graduating from high school or get a GED in the 2019 calendar year? Is he eligible for the 2020 draft? I know he turns 20 this year.

the benefit with basketball is that there are leagues all over the world that are pretty lucrative if you truly can hoop.

I think this is a good opportunity for elite players. You have to have the right mindset to make it work, but it is a nice alternative for those who don't want to spend 8 months in college.
