I wanted to congratulate all of the Nor-Cal programs who represented the North this year in the state championships. Being an ex coach I know all the hard work the players, coaches, administration and staff put in behind the scenes to get their respective teams to the last game of the year.
I had a chance to watch all the games this weekend on TV and Coach Easley, Hayes, Knight, Zelaya, Walker, and Kelly all did great jobs preparing their teams for their So-Cal opponents and no team was blown out and all games were competitive.
Every team wants to play in this game every year but only 6 get the opportunity. I feel like this year more than any the Northern teams came and represented well!
