Reading all the threads about the Norcal Brackets and still haven't seen anyone answer the question of why this year every bracket had a full 16 teams??? This has never happened in the past, at least not lately....
And how does the NCS get 6 teams in D2?? Teams like Las Lomas and Cardinal Newman lose games in their section Quarterfinals almost two weeks ago and they somehow get in? How? These teams probably haven't even practiced and ended their seasons weeks ago assuming they were done.
Haven't read anywhere in the cif handbooks that state why 6 get in. Just curious. Sjs got 6 as well...
