Private schools have won all three Division II titles with two of them coming from the WCAL (Mitty 2022, St. Ignatius 2023, Cardinal Newman 2024).

Carmel had a walkoff win to capture the CCS Division III title while Rancho Cotate made the NCS Division II finals as the No. 15 seed. The previous two Division III finals were between Oakmont and Central Catholic with those teams eaching winning once.
