So many schools up and down the east coast to play at. If a kid wanted to really scholarship it can happen.

Heard this morning that Jaron Mertle, 6'6" forward from Clear Lake is signing with UC Merced today. Only an NAIA school, but pretty unique for a player out of Lake County to go anywhere past the JC level. Congratulations to him and his family.

That is great to hear. Clear Lake was tough last year and made a nice run. Great example of a kid who wants to continue to play at a school that is a good match for his talent.

ANTHONY Roy. 6-5 wing from Dublin committed to the USF Dons.. He was a late bloomer that really came on this past year at Dublin after Robbie Beasley left the school to Dougherty Valley. Roy was MVP of that league. HE ALSO had 3 other D1 offers.
