Golden State Prep is taking applications for its 2019-2020 season. We will also be having a local try-out March 26th (Tuesday) at Napa Christian (2201 Pine Street, Napa) from 7-8:30pm. This is a perfect time for the GSP staff to meet and watch those NorCal prospects interested in a Gap Year. Please do confirm your attendance for the try-out. No walk ups please.
Coming off a strong inaugural season, GSP is looking to expand its games schedule for this year. Besides its local games against West Coast opponents and international foes that come to Napa, GSP is scheduled early for the All-American Jamboree (Orlando), Tarkanian Classic (Las Vegas), and Crush in the Valley (California). GSP is also in talks and plans to attend one to two events in the New England Area, in order to be seen by East Coast coaches and play against top teams in that region. The GSP season runs September 1st - March 1st.
Golden State Prep (GSP) is a fifth year Post Grad Men’s Basketball team that provides the ideal environment for student athletes who want an additional “gap” year to develop their basketball skills, mentality, and body in order to be best prepared for college basketball.
