After watching him run against Stanford and seeing his size increase over last year, you'd have to look at Herbert as a 1st rounder.

Oregon choked like no other against Stanford, but you can't take away Herbert's excellent play so far these season.

I think most draft boards have him as #1 QB for 2019 and would be a top 10 selection.
