each1Sports is hosting a weekly Basketball Skills League
at the Oshman Family JCC every SATURDAY for Boys and Girls in
grades K-8. Sessions focus on individual athletic needs including
shooting, dribbling, core development, footwork, endurance and
game play. We use age appropriate game balls and hoops.
The first 30 minutes will be skill training with various drill stations
and the last 30 minutes will be live structured game play.
