PITTSBURG JAMBOREE

Guys.....What will the starting time be fore the Jamboree...Will the JV's begin at 4 p.M. and the varsity at 7 P.M.??? We have four good teams facing each other...each with a certain type of O and D. Whitney has a good passing attack with a QB that can throw and receivers that can catch. The Catholic school in Sac. has a strong running game and so does Pittsburg and DLS.... Defense will be the key as to who stops who...

8/10- 7 PM @ Deer Valley

Anyone have any info on Deer Valley? Will they be a threat in the BVAL? I know they only lost to Liberty by 1 last season.

Amador returns a stud QB, and with the division breakup in EBAL are they a favorite?

Mack- Never a rebuild in West Oakland, they just reload. Adi Anderson and Jamar Julien...YIKES!

Logan- New HC, did some really good things at Encinal. Will the Colts return to greatness? People talk about demographics a lot, but as we’ve seen, Milpitas, Campo, all have had success in areas where it is expensive to live.

Deer Valley returns 10starters, but will be fed by a 2-5 JV team, DV has a very good QB ad they can run as well as pass...Butt here is something missing at DV doesn't have, but they will be trouble for some teams...Should come in third.

Amador with the league split and led by a top QB and beefed up with returning O and D they will have their hands full with Granada who has 11 returning starters, a Good QB that can run and pass, plus a 6-4 JV team to build on...the winner of this match should be the league champ.

Mack.....Every one in Oakland wants to play on a winner, so Mack has no problem reloading until some one in the OAL rises up and takes them down

Logan.....As good as the coach from Encinal is, he will have to walk the halls and look for kids that want to play football but need to be lured to the game.
It isn't the cost of housing, its the people demographics that is the problem, the variety is too one sided. Going back to the league they were in was a wise move.
