Pleasant Valley has been pretty dominant against a mostly Northern Section schedule, but it does have wins over Lincoln and Rio Americano. Five players have double digit RBI and seven players have double digit runs scored. On the mound, RJ Priddy has gone 6-0 with a 0.91 ERA. In total, they have outscored their opponents 126-42.

Today, the Vikings will take on 17-4 Foothill-Palo Cedro

Very underrated pitching staff that will make them live against just about any opponent. Interested to see how far it takes them and if they can compete in the NorCal regional.

There are NorCal Regionals this year. Will take place May 31, June 2 and June 4

Ends at NorCals

Socal baseball is on a whole different level than Norcal baseball. It’s essentially like comparing Prep Basketball to a Public School basketball league. The top 50 teams in Socal would probably be ranked No 1 in Norcal. That’s how much of a discrepancy there is. Hence why they don’t even waste time with a State Tournament.

Some of the Socal teams have 3-4 guys go in the top 5 rounds of the mlb draft on a single team!

They are very good but don’t discount some of the norcal teams in a best of 3 type series. The gap is a lot closer than football and hoops vs SoCal.
