Rocklin remains at the top of the SFL standings after beating Jesuit 4-3. The Thunder, now 9-1 in the SFL, got a walk off single from Roman Castellanos to drive in Ahren Verma. Colby Pudge and Cash Brennan each added two hits. Joey Lorenzini went six innings and gave up three hits, two walks and two runs while striking out four.
Jesuit, which has lost three of four games since a 10-1 start, tied the game in the top of the sixth on a home run from Cade Colombara and in the top of the seventh on a RBI single from Sammy Kane, who finished with three hits. Owen Page got the start and gave up two runs in 4.1 innings with four strikeouts.
