I think the most improved player in the city is Lossie(spelling) kid from Capital. If he gets a little taller he has a chance to be dominant player. Has a unique skill set.

Tyree should be on there. I am sure there are others deserving too, I just hammered out a list with some standout performances from several players as well as honoring all the guys from Sheldon. I think when its all said and Done, Joe D will have less Sheldon players and include a few more guys.
