Sacred Heart Cathedral beat Riordan 12-2 today. They're 1-0 in the WCAL and 6-1 overall.

SHC Frosh baseball is 6-0, beat Serra 26-12 and have scored 100 runs on the season so far. Holy Crap!

SHC can definitely hit. Pitching, not as good as the last couple years. My guess is Gomez or Leavitt-Mcgee is their steadiest starter.

Expect an annoucement from the two school presidents about a girls BM series. No details were given but it didnt sound like the girls games would factor into the overall trophy. If SI had an balls they would make it best of 7 between girls volleyball, football, boys and girls soccer, boys and girls hoops, and baseball. That death grip on the BM for the last 40 years would not exist if this is the format.

That's true. Compare all the varsity games between the two schools and that number is a lot different.

SI is against this obviously because they have a strangle hold on football.
