I'm at UOP tonight and will be posting updates as I can.

Del Oro leads Modesto Christian 12-10 end Q1. Lauren Heyn has seven points and five rebounds for Del Oro.

Del Oro leads Modesto Christian 27-21 at halftime. Easy, inside scoring for Del Oro is the difference. Modesto Christian not able to get the ball into postups and missed four free throws.

Modesto Christian leads Del Oro 40-38 end Q1. MC used a 15-4 run to get back into it. MC's pressure really bothered Del Oro, which had nine Q3 turnovers.

Modesto Christian beats Del Oro 63-48. The defending champs move onto the section finals

I know the post is for D1and D2, but live from Consumnes River College, Vanden 85 Patterson 46.

Hi Streak,

Do you know if there is a separate admission cost to watch the D1 games or is all inclusive?

I noticed there is a break between the next D2 game and the first D1 game. I am heading out soon but want to make sure I am not paying for a game I might only catch the 2nd half (for D2).

Please confirm if you can. Thanks!

Thanks for the updates, too!

I think it is one ticket for all night. The break is there to get more people here I think

Antelope leads Kimball 16-13 end Q1. Up and down action so far. Nadia Johnson has 6 points for Antelope.

Really like Potter. Has 3 points and 2 rebounds through the first eight minutes.

Kimball leads Antelope 29-28. Kimball ended on a 9-0 run.

Allison Schmidt has 15 points for Kimball.

Antelope leads Kimball 44-43 heading into the fourth. At one point, Kimball was 2-for-15 that quarter. Antelope missed its last six shots

Kimball leads 56-46 with 1:15 left. Interesting question for the board. Who is the last undefeated section winner in the SJS or NorCal? Kimball will get their shot.

Kimball beats Antelope 59-49. Antelope had one made field goal in the fourth quarter.

Thanks Streak!

For everyone intending to get here ... they are charging $5 for parking. Might be some parking still available on Alpine (walk thru the south parking lot) for FREE. Admission is $12 for adults and $6 for students K-12 and seniors. Free admission for children 5 and under.

I know the Sacred Heart girls won something like 60 some games in a row and a couple of state championships so they were undefeated in sectional play.

McClatchy leads Oak Ridge 10-6 after the first quarter. Oak Ridge was held scoreless for nearly 5 minutes to start the game.

Jordan Cruz and Destiny Lee each have two fouls for McClatchy.

McClatchy seems to want this game more than Oak Ridge. Interesting, only 10-6 first quarter score, McClatchy on top.

McClatchy leads Oak Ridge 28-12 at halftime. McClatchy's defense isn't letting Oak Ridge getting into anything in the half court.

Gigi Garcia has nine points for McClatchy.

Not very impressed with Oak Ridge. McClatchy just playing better and wanting it more. Is that Coach Que on McClatchy's bench? Curious.

McClatchy leads Oak Ridge 43-26.

Totally agree on Oak Ridge. No playmakers and are struggling to stay in front of McClatchy guards, who are solid but not great.

Good growth for McClatchy this year. Season hasn't gone as planned with injuries and losses, but they are playing well when it counts.

Oak Ridge starting to fight back. Too bad they did not have this energy early on. Still time left with 6:27 and down 11.

McClatchy beats Oaks Ridge 56-40. Really good showing for the Lions.

Garcia and Nubla led the way for the Lions.

St. Mary's Cayton is not playing tonight, still tending to her injury on her right elbow.

St. Mary's leads Davis 32-6 end Q1. DeCosta just had a great left handed take from the free throw line.

This one was ugly from the start

St. Mary's leads Davis 54-28 at halftime. Rams looked great in Q1, but were pretty sloppy in Q2.

Yep, 22-22 2nd quarter score. Definitely, sloppy play by the Lady Rams in that quarter. Credit Davis for hanging in there.

St. Mary's beats Davis 86-48. Game had a running clock in the fourth quarter.

Your right Streak One... No playmakers on Oak Ridge. Steve ran off the scorer and the playmaker early this year. Steve is interested in robots not playmakers even if it costs him games. If you play at Oak Ridge you better bring some chap stick or your on the bench.
