She is looking for the open shooter, but SMS is just attacking on both ends at will......44-29 Rams at the half.
SMS is hot from beyond the arc in this game. They are also playing with much more calmness. Agree, SMS attacking well on both ends.
I believe Ionescu hurt her shooting hand when she fell into the stands diving for a ball.
SMS guards Smith and Cayton have 2 fouls each at halftime. Kat Tudor has hit 4 3's thru halftime.

Ionescu keys an 8-0 start of the third quarter with six points and an assist before SMS scores to make it 46-37.
Lady Rams offset the Miramonte 8-0 spurt with an 8-0 spurt of their own. SMS up by as much as 19 before ending the 3rd with a 58-43 lead.
Loads of talent......MM has missed some easy looks.....can't afford that against this bunch......62-49 with 5:02 remaining.
Ionescu is a good player and she knows how to find open teammates....who need to make baskets. SMS cruises 67-52.
Congratulations St. Mary's Lady Rams!!!! So proud of this group of girls!! Especially proud of my kid for fighting through an illness and right sprained/jammed thumb, digging deep to find the strength to come through for her team. She was determined not to let them down. Resilience!!!

Both returning the nucleus next year......can't see a different result. SMS just has too much overall speed and quickness.
