State Final Predictions

We are not in Sac. We are waking up in our own beds this morning. Taking a bus hr and a half to Sac, and playing the game.

Chaffey is a public school with 3000+ students. Hall was an enrollment of 250/500 if you include the Convent girls.

Can probably throw the Maxpreps rankings out, but Hall is ranked significantly higher than Chaffey is. Chaffey is ranked around the same as a Middletown team that Stuart Hall had their way with to start the NCS playoffs. Priory is ranked 200 spots ahead of Chaffey. Like Kiddman said, Hall has played in Kezar which is just as hard, if not harder to adjust to than an NBA arena floor. While offense is there for the Hall, their defense is their signature. Allowing 38PPG if you take out the one Uni playoff stinker.

Personally Im leaving at 9AM...probably arrive around 1045-11AM. Find my parking. Say a little prayer. Then heading into the Golden1Center.
'we' ?
and student body doesnt mean much. see MC playing in the open. you only need 8 ball players.

The session for the Open championship is sold out. So what you have to do is buy an all day general admission ticket.

Its weird how they did it and makes no sense. The tickets I believe are the same price had it not sold out the session lol… The Modesto Christian Basketball Twitter account, helped me figure it out.

Here is the actual tweet:

Let’s go NorCal!!!

Does anyone know how many tickets they are releasing for the Open Games session?

Check my previous post. The individual session for that game is “sold out”. But an all day ticket for all the sessions is still available. Which allows you to stay for all the games, including Open Finals.
Yes I saw the post. I was asking if it had been put out what the number of Individual session tickets were available to begin with

Ok, here we go. Congrats to all the teams playing. You will never forget this time. What a journey.

1. Open - centennial comes in a pretty heavy favorite. Winners of 29 straight and breezed thru SoCal. MC is Young and talented but huskies are just a different animal. Centennial by 20.

2. D1 - Damien vs Clovis North. - I would love to go with the Cinderella team from Central Valley. But Damien would have competed in our open well. Huge size advantage and just too much talent. I like CN to compete but ultimately Damien prevails by 8.

3. D2 elk Grove vs foothill . Ok it’s time for the north to get a win. Let’s go herd! Elk Grove went thru a grueling d2 in norcal. I like the herd by 3.

4. D3. I’ve been on the Pleasant valley bandwagon all year. An outstanding team that could compete at d2 and d1. I think they win by double digits over Venice.

5. I’m sticking with Justin Siena from the north! They will ride the big road win against liberty ranch.

6. Stuart hall!
I think we compete very well d2-d5.
Riding with the Thundering Herd. EG is the original Elk Grove HS despite all the EG schools added due to housing developments (Laguna Creek, Franklin, Sheldon, Consumnes Oaks, etc) the original and oldest EG school is in the finals.
