Still not in the GoFan app. But a scan at the SRV door works fine.

So, I’m in…

The people at the ticket desk were totally surprised it wasn’t in the app…. but it works here at SRV.

Go figure…. And come on down to the games!

Maybe 200 folks in here…. Get here by 6:30 to 7, should be no problem.

Girls game coming up in a few…

Anyway, looking at the boys game…. SRV has won 12 of its last 13, but that loss was to DLS.

DLS has won 7 of its last 8, with the loss being to CalHi, who faces Dougherty in tonight’s other semifinal.

Stands filling up, 20 minutes til tip…. It’ll be close to full by game time.

This place will be LIT!

Another 3 for SRV… time out, 51-44. First time it’s looked like SRV was in it for a while…. 3:16 left.

Isaak nails a LONGGGGG 3, but too late…. 58-50 Spartans, 32 seconds….

DLS turnover…. not gonna matter.

Blair DOMINATED that game from start to finish. Scored, assisted, rebounded and contained Isaacs all game. DLS guard hit some timely 3s. Impressive performance by DLS on the road.

I will be first one to admit I always thought Blair was more "athlete" than true hooper. But the last couple years he's developed in many different areas and his status as a legit 4-star multi sport kid is legit. When he's feeling it there isn't a lot he doesn't do well on the court. The fact that he's lefty and a little unorthodox also to me is a tool in his shed.

@kiddman32 good to see your health back.

What's weird to me is that he looks a little bit taller / bigger this year. Before the DLS game on Wednesday he was announced at 6'7" and looks all of it. He's definitely a problem for most high school teams to contend with unless they have a super long / athletic 6'6" wing. He's pretty quick, bouncy (quick jumper) with good handles. DLS also gave him a plaque on Wednesday as the all-time leading scorer which is no mean feat! Pretty special athlete.

I caught the DV vs Cal game last night and it was the first time seeing DV this year. I gotta go with DLS in the final over DV unless DV is hitting their 3's but don't think they'll get a lot of open 3's against DLS's tough man-tp-man defense. I think that DLS size might be too much for DV although they did beat DLS in league play. I have no idea how Cal beat DLS by 19 that's a bit of a head scratcher.

Yeah Blair is pretty long 6"6-6'7. Plays bigger and is a great modern day wing. The lefty thing makes him sneaky and crafty around the basket and hes a very good leaper.

According to something called BVMSports: Alec Blair scored 26 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and provided 5 assists for De La Salle.

Never heard of this site before... But after a closer look, I'm bookmarking it...

Looks like the site reprints/edits local newspaper sites, avoiding those pesky paywalls for me... They seem to have local links for everywhere, but you can specify what you want.

Blair would be absolutely scary if he was focused on hoop only. Love how DLS really uses him as a primary ball handler. Great size, willing passer and he has huge hands. Only takes him 2/3 dribbles to get down the court. Last time they played DV Stokes won their matchup handily. Will be interesting to see what adjustments DLS makes. DLS size up front may be the difference but DV has been pressing and trapping a lot more lately. Should be a great matchup.

Blair has great touch and ability to finish at different angles. He plays smooth and the 2 post players allows him to play on perimeter and not have to guard post
