St. Mary's kicks off summer tournament tomorrow at 1:00 pm and includes lots of NorCal teams.

Teams from Sheldon, Capital Christian, Berkeley, De La Salle, Dublin, University, Sac High, Las Lomas and many others will play games throughout the weekend.

Seems as if 6’7 Sophomore Jalen Pierce has transferred from Cal High to Dublin, he should fit in nice with Nielsen graduating.

Rumor has it the other big kid from Cal High is also transferring to Dublin. The Gaels should be again be the team to beat in the EBAL and the early favorite in the NCS.

Berkeley High which was 0-3 yesterday just beat De La Salle with only 6 players. Jamir Thomas poured in 30 points for the win

Dublin High looked good this weekend and won the championship by beating the likes of Sheldon twice, Capital Christian, Dela, Sac High and Western Ranch....

Good pickup in Pierce for Dublin, which returns good guards led by Beasley of course

Dublin will be good, they have extreme length and the other guards will not allow Beasley to be doubled. They might average 80 plus points this upcoming season. Norcal is still Sheldon's to win. They have a serious returning core and maybe the best guards in Norcal with respect to Modesto Christian. Both Xavion, and Xavier were not there all weekend. Xavion Brown is one the the best prospects in the West regardless of class. Could easily be a rematch of MC and Huskies in D1 SJS. I will say this, the amount of talent in 2020, 21, 22 will definitely have Norcal back where it was years earlier. Loaded classes.
