TV Series with De La Salle killing on it

Nice. Discovery usually does a pretty good job on their shows. Will check it out.

Looks like this will finally air Tuesday Night @ 10:00, February 8 on the Investigation Discovery Channel, channel 1260 on AT&T/ Uverse, on the Murder Under the Friday Night Lights series, titled "Mr Untouchable" . If you have a different provider I am sure you can use your search option to either find it by Program Listing or Program Title.

att shut my service off when they switched to direct tv. i watched it tonight.

Missed it. Briefly met and spoke with TK at a camp along with several of his other team mates. He seemed like a smart, humble and wonderful young man with a very bright future ahead. A senseless tragedy that is all too common. Was very sad when I heard about it and watched and read the news. Still angry and sad when I think about it.

Discovery is one of my favorite channels. Will look for it on-demand of when he broadcasts again.

Finally saw this episode of ID. It was an emotional glimpse into TK's life. I remember his play at DLS and I remember the shook on this board regarding his murder. But much of the follow up information was new to me since I was not connected to family members. But it is a truly a heartbreaking happening - and oh so senseless.

I finally watched it this weekend. Excellent show. Not sure why the kid that arranged the hit wasn't prosecuted. That's what it was a hit. I remember seeing parts of Coach Lad's speech at TK's memorial service and the crime scene in other media. Heartbreaking. Interesting how the people in Richmond identify with the city and have such civic pride. Lots of great people in that city. I missed what the motive was in the movie. It seemed in the news there was an altercation where the shooter was dissed at an event according to the news but in the program it seems it was inferred his cousin he was meeting to pick up and staying with the family may have had something to do with it and wasn't prosecuted. The inspector seemed to think it was TKs popularity with the girls and jealousy was a motive. Seems it didn't address it or I missed it. Thought TKs close younger cousin interviewed and Maurice Jones-Drew and other DLS teammates gave compelling interviews as well as coaches Ladd and Eidsen. Really well done but sad disturbing show. Horrible to revisit the pain of his father and grandmother at the scene and see his covered body outside his car.

I gotta believe the main motive may have been his ability to attend a private school with the best football program in the nation along with his bright football future. I guess only the killer really knows.

They did not have enough to prosecute the cousin. The shooter was the victim of I dont F with you. And the male ego is the most fragile thing in the universe and too often leads to violence.
After getting dissed at the party his friends called him out for it. So he had to do what he had to do. Seen it far too many times. The girl factor was just there for entertainment.
