University of Virginia cancels bball season

Joining Duke in the ACC. San Jose state just cancelled their season. Those colleges have a lot more money and control than high schools. And they are not the only colleges who have cancelled their season.

For those who want the high school season to stay open, are you paying for it? I'm a tax payer and I'm not. especially since our schools are already financially stressed.

I love the people who say Im not paying for_____ because Im a taxpayer. You'll do whatever the government tells you to.

That said, its a tough call for high schools cause They don't have the resources to frequently test. This may be a trend though...something to to think about

Of course I pay my taxes. But I also make donations to the high school. And I can stop that. Plus I can vote against the next bond issue.

So all those high schools that played or are playing -- I wonder how much they would have played had they been tested like college players are. Ignorance is sometimes bliss ...
