WCJ any Predictions in the Platinum Division?????

St. Mary's (5-2) vs. Pleasant Valley (6-3) SMS by 20 or more

CN (6-1) vs. Chaminade (6-3)
Chaminade wins by 6 but the have no good wins this year.

Salesian (5-3) vs. Sac High (5-4) Sac High wins if Brown plays if not Salesian by 10.

SHC (4-2) VS McClatchy ( 7-1) each dont have significant wins.
McClatchy by 8 it Clark plays if not they lose by 8
Hard to pick this Division this year but SMS probably wins it all!!!!!

Without SMS playing in the division to pick the winner would be likw winning the lottery !!!!!!!!!

you seem to think that no one has any good wins in the Platinum bracket even though SHC won the LJCD tourney beating Mission Hills along the way. Personally I'm just glad that the Chaminade vs CN "Exhibition" game you predicted a few week back at least now is considered only a 6 pt loss by the overmatched CN girls. Hopefully CN wont embarrass themselves.

So being the expert on all thing WCJ and seeding.....what would be your 1-8 seedings?

Let me start here Brookside is like the Rodney Dangerfield in Norcal get no respect. So lets start 3 years go they since Coach K let brookside wont win nothing. Brookside won Norcal DIV which went throigh CN at their house but lost in state. Year before Brookside wont win nothing because the graduate 2 Sr. What happen Brookside went to the ipen with the best. This year you said Brookside wont win nothing because McDonald graduate. So who would think that Brookside coming in the WCJ would be 10-1 and only lost to CW who won the Nike TOC in the Joe Smith Division. Who would think that Brookside would have 4 plays in Double Figures 1 with a Double Double and 2 other close to a Double Double. Wish we was in DIV this year but it dont matter we in D1 and who knows how far Brookside will go. Brookside a team that's always beat the odds with 6 players !!!!!!

I just asked you a question about the WCJ. I dont need a BC history lesson. Perhaps you should start a different thread for that.

I wish Brookside could play CN before Jan because they only playing with 5 players would be even right now but after Jan it wont be even when Briokside has 6 players!!!!!!

Brookside need games want to add to list!!!!!!!

The seeding this year dont matter SMS WILL WIN THE DIVISION HANDS DOWN!!!!! You can pull names for the other teams its doesn't matter!!!!!!

I'm guessing Brookside has transfers again? I find it weird they have had transfers the last few years. I'm guessing due to the fact they play on a linoleum cafeteria floor the SJS section does not feel the transfers are athletically motivated.

Brookside dorsnt have to many home games theyvare a road 10-1 all on the road no home cooking if you know what i mean!!!!!!

I've been looking for the post when you said BC had nothing REMEMBER ? You need to check MaxPreps look at the stats last year we averaged 65 points a game!!! This year after 11 games where averaging 64 with a record of 11-1 with four players averaging double digits !!! playing with only 5 players no subs ? Will the real guru please stand up ?!? I'm not saying BC is a super team. But where not a bad team? Where running with 5 now 8 on the roster waiting on 2 with injures 1 with a 30 day sit ""Transfer"" all can play ball

Clovis west spanked everybody in that tournament BC was not ready for that team just like the rest wasn't ready ? And their was some very good teams they beat by 40+ Points

Luv - Clovis west is outstanding. The Campo win is a good win, I think. We will know better after we see how Salesian does in the WCJ. What else do you have that stands out as far as wins this year?

Most teams have their schedules full well before Christmas respect. Why is their schedule not full?

I never said anything about who CN played ? Salesian is is good team any giving night any team can be beat......
I'm talking about how you & guru said BC had nothing REMEMBER winetot we started in the top twenty & moving up? Stop blowing smoke
 
I remember a lot of this talking last year regarding BC and they were one and done in the open by like 60 points. I think they are a lot better than I expected, regardless of their soft schedule and the lack of going to the TOC or playing in an elite bracket at the WCJ they are still 10-1 and that is impressive.
 
Luv - If I said that BC was not a top 20 team, that was my belief. They have a good win versus Campo. Their schedule is extremely weak so I still cannot give them the credit you are giving them. There are at least 15 teams in Northern California better than them. In the SJS, St. Mary's Stockton, McClatchy, Sacramento, Oakridge, Lincoln, Folsom(weak schedule as well). In the NCS, Carondelet, Miramonte, Bishop O'Dowd, Cardinal Newman. In the CCS, Mitty, Pinewood, Eastside Prep, St. Francis. And Clovis West if they are sent to Norcal. That is 15 off the top of my head, my guess is I have left some out.

How did it morph into a Brookside Christian thread?

I guess my question on how RESPECT would rank the teams was just ignored.

If you wanted to talk about BC(and a perceived lack of respect) then you should have just started a new thread.

as I have already stated I have no desire to talk about BC. I do though have a desire to talk about the WCJ.

If anybody would like to discuss the brackets, Platinum? Diamond? Gold? whichever...Im good with that.

Mitty, yes. Pinewood, yes. Eastside Prep, maybe. St. Francis, no. You forgot SHC (yes), SI (probably), Valley Christian (probably), Menlo Atherton (maybe), Woodside Priory (maybe). Of course I'm not sure if any of these teams have transfers coming in January, so not taking that into account. :)

With RESPECT you have to keep is simple. One question and if you mention BC then you are totally out of luck. Also if you look at your questions you put the BC question last and that is the only answer you received and in reality RESPECT didn't even answer that question.

Remember keep it simple and don't mention BC. On the other hand you might want to just create another post and label it...... Ask RESPECT and just let him roll with it. Once you decipher the posts it is actually quite entertaining and if you cannot translate then you are just left scratching your head.

Respect - I think Norcal Preps is wrong too in regard to Brookside's ranking. They are playing in the Emerald bracket as requested by their coach and will get an opportunity to beat another untested team in Folsom, if Folsom can beat Lompoc and Brookside can beat James Logan. Your seeding on the top bracket for the WCJ and for the open is head scratching.

How can you have SHC the #3 seed in the WCJ ahead of Salesian, McClatchy and CN? And then NOT have SHC in the OPEN? That's illogical...but then again you're not exactly Mr. Spock....
But then again maybe you've been writing in VULCAN all this time, which would explain a lot.

Personally, I'm just hoping that the overmatched CN girls don't get blown away by the "athletes" on the other teams. After all they are playing on a larger court. And CN hasn't beaten anybody , nor have the CN girls ever accomplished anything, either as a team or individually. And of course their coach is completely overmatched, still wondering how she even still has a job at this point.
Probably would have been best if CLAY had put CN into a lower bracket where their lack of athleticism and skill would have been a better fit. I'm thinking a much softer level like maybe the EMERALD bracket.

SHC right now is good but after ths CCS OPEN they will take 3rd with Pinewood 2nd and Mitty 1st.

I hope Brookside is the 5th seed in the OPEN and CN is the 4th seed. Rematch eith same result as last time in the hostile environment like last time in D4. By that time Brookside will be health and have 8 players that are very athletic and physical.

CN is the 3rd best team in Nor Cal with Mitty and SMS taking the top spot. Respect you need to keep disrespecting programs that produce results. BC is a lot better than I gave them credit but it has, at least on this board been confirmed your coached ducked out of any of the three elite brackets at the West Coast Jamboree. That is bad.

You may be correct. BC may have lost CN phone number when they were asked to come back to their tourney and lost it again when CN called for a single last April. Requesting a lower bracket for WCJ doesn't make it appear as though they are ducking anyone either. SHC lost head to head to CN already this year so I would think CN should be ranked above them. You and respect need to sit on opposite sides of the gym at your game tomorrow, take your rose colored glasses off and enjoy the games. I know that is asking a lot and is most likely impossible for you two but I thought I would try.

I like that you made picks. Shows you are more than hot air. BOD beat Pinewood by double digits so I have them ahead of them. CN beat SHC by double digits so I have them ahead of SHC. As I wrote previously, BC is better than I thought but their schedule is absolutely weak. They did not go to the TOC and elected to play down at the WCJ in a non elite bracket, did not go back to the Laney shootout and by multiple accounts on this message board have avoided playing teams they typically play. Now, there could be some exaggeration to all of that as I do not know the validity of the source but the schedule speaks for itself.

The season is just getting started rankings are overrated just my opinion ? as far as weak scheduling with BC playing with 5-6 players against elite teams early in the preseason don't make sense at all? I believe preparing your team for the playoffs is the bigger picture. Come February BC will have 8 players ready to play ? 8 deep is all you need &
Yes the schedule speaks for itself soft absolutely weak ?!? Don't underestimate BC and remember every player on BC played on elite AAU teams in the summer their not lacking competition they will be ready for the OPEN

Actually, I don't drink. I have a very difficult time understanding anything respect says and paytc is an author so I thought he could edit your post for me.
