Final: Kimball 42, Tracy 27

Uncertain on the final score for Lincoln vs Edison, but I am shocked. I really thought Lincoln was a lot better than a 7-26 losing score to Edison. Edison should be good this year (favored to win SJAA league), but are they that good or are the Lincoln Trojans overrated? I really picked wrong in taking Lincoln (10 pick) and Tracy in this week’s pick’em.

Going against my gut feeling (initially picking Inderkum) and picking Elk Grove didn’t help either. Ugh!

Does the Folsom score indicate that MT just isnt as strong as we thought (compared to last year) or Folsom will be even better than maybe most expected? I thin we should know a lot more after the Pittsburg game in two weeks if they are as dominant as they looked

After watching the game, I think Folsom has a chance to be really good. They were more physical than I thought they were on both sides of the ball in addition to their known skill level. For MT, it was a sloppy game in terms of ball handling and they struggled to cover down the field. I think they will continue to get better throughout the year, but the schedule remains tough in the non-league

Wrong the Final Score was 26-7 Edison over Lincoln. Coleman had a couple big runs (60 Yard TD in the Start of 2nd Qtr) struggled to move ball most of the game though. Edison has a good O/DLINE with John Taylor #24 & Zay Dotsy #9 with Big Time Skills look out for those two along with #3 RB Blackshear!

Edison has Oakdale Week 2 and Powerhouse Central (Fresno) Week 3.
