Most likely Mission as favorites with everyone else playing for 2nd place. Mission returns the POY and solid group of players. Lowell may be the 2nd best team as they return most of their team from last year. Lincoln, Washington, Burton graduated a lot of seniors so they may have a tough time. But it will be everyone chasing Mission again.
