Because IMG and Montverde play each other and are both from Florida. They didn't fly to Arizona to play each other again unless it was in the finals. Geography is a major factor in creating brackets for any large tournament.

Nobody is cocky enough to think they're going to roll straight to the title game in the TOC. Again, you don't want to play a team from nearby when you're 2,500 miles from home.

And the seeding is an illusion anyway. They're all really, really good and the difference between them should be decided on the court, not on some three-way phone call.
