Grant leads Newark 38-28 with 454 left Q3. McGee and Yerger have combined for 23 points.
 
Newark uses a 12-0 run to take a brief lead as we head into Q4 tied at 40
 
Grant beats Newark Memorial 58-55. Kind of a slogfest, but good competitive basketball down the stretch.

13-9 CW, 2 min left 1st q. Windward looks rather out-of-sorts at the moment...
 
Windward isn’t deep... CW can spend a whole bunch of attention to Windward’s big guy... He has had little chance to shine... but still has a couple terrific swats to his credit. I doubt he’s taken even five shots.
 
Din’t look now... but Windward playing MUCCCH better the 2nd half! 13-2 run to take the lead.
 
I assume the big guy you are talking about is Kijani Wright.

Wright hasn't been a huge factor. Game speed hasn't suited him well.

yes, Kijani Wright. Still has been only a minor factor.... But CW has fought back and gotten into things here. 63-62 Windward after yet another Anderson 3-ball...
 
Windward hangs on, 67-62. Almost all of Windward’s top players are non-seniors... good team this year, terrific the next.
