Memorial isn't a fabulous team this year, but calling them "weak" is calling over 1500 other California teams something less than that. KInda crappy, if ya ask me...

However, for a power like Modesto Christian, a win over these guys isn't exactly a big deal either.

Cool the hype, sing Kumbaya, touch gloves, and come out fighting... Or something like that.

MC is a talented team, but not a single win against a top 50 state ranked team, much less a nationally ranked one. They play in a weak league, so why not balance that with a tougher schedule?

Because they didn’t have their plethora of transfers so they scheduled inferior opponents in preseason .
