Folsom puts its 20-0 record up against 11-7 Folsom…
Sounds like a mismatch on the surface, but I think Folsom, while not the power they’ve been many recent years, is a little better than that record indicates.
And, of course, some crazy things happen during league play.

Also, while things are kinda-sorta beginning to even up, Folsom’s strength-of-schedule is quite a bit higher than Rocklin’s.
Rocklin need more tough games than they’ve had, but the SFL should provide some reps for the Thunder.
I do think that, outside of Rocklin and Del Oro, the SFL is a hair light this year…. But Rocklin has to prove it on the court.

Looking at the rosters…. I notice Folsom has only one senior and EIGHT sophomores…. They might be really good up the road…. and they’re not bad NOW.
Rocklin has nine seniors on the roster, but most of their major players are underclassmen.
So this rivalry could REALLY heat up over the next couple years.
