Tension is a great coach with solid resume, but will he be there long term?! Lot of great assistants in the WCAL that deserve an opportunity. As all great WCAL coaches worked up through these ranks, and know the grind for a long haul.

Have to wonder how long he will stay. I believe the JV coach played at SF and teaches there, seems like he would have been the pick if they were looking for someone in it for the long haul but opted to go with the guy with the flashy resume instead
