It wasn't that long ago Cal was going to shutdown their baseball program because of funding issues and now they are going to travel all over the country?

After three weeks, we have learned one key lesson: Overall, the league is rather limited on the offensive side of the casaba, with one obvious exception, Riordan. So, if the Crusaders can muster any sort of reasonable defense (and display some modest interest in special teams play), they have a shot at a title. Will they? Who knows. Anything other than scoring seems to be alien to their dance card.

She has been a big time player but let's not overlook Boston and Mitchell and dump all the Fever success on the great hope.
Cat is a great and super talented piece that helps the other great pieces in Boston and Mitchell shine as well. Clark was like that last piece to make the engine work effectively. she big time for sure but she also has a great team not to mention NaLyssa Smith.

Since I had the time, I looked at the pick em. 25 of 28 posters picked Pitt. I really thought based on everything I read before the season that Riordan was a lock 2, and possibly could overcome Serra. Pretty shocking that they could easily be 0-3. And as someone stated above, outside of Serra, I agree bay area football runs thru the East Bay. WCAL will be interesting this year. But I give the league teams credit for scheduling at their expected levels.
