12th Annual City Championship Tourney 5/17-19

Basketball Fans,

We have a great field of 111 teams divided into three Divisions (Elite, Varsity and JV). See participants below. Each Division will play a single elimination bracket just like the NCAA tourney to determine a City Champion. Games will be played at CCSF, Riordan, SI, CCSF John Adams, and Ingrid P Lacy Middle School. We will be posting the schedule on Exposure later this week. Elite Division - Lakeshow 17s Elite - defeated Team Lillard 17s in Finals. Also in the Final Four were Peak and SF Soldiers 16s
Varsity Division - Lakeshow 16s Black - defeated Soldiers 16s EYBL in Finals. Also in Final Four were SF Soldiers 17s and WCE 15s Rockwell
JV Division - NBBA 15s Showcase Donellan - Defeated Lakeshow 15s Grey. Also in Final Four were Arsenal 15s and Soldiers 15s EYBL

Very good tournament. Best one in Norcal as usually all the top teams play each other in the various high school divisions. The last day usually drags with Champs having to win 3 games in a 5 hour window ....I wish everyone played in this one instead of venturing off to Dallas or KC or other far places to play in games in the dead period. Instead of staying home and play for norcal bragging rights instead of ducking and dodging competition..
