Salesian is really, really good...Rocklin got a taste of that Tuesday..not sure how they ended up in D1 bracket...I guess the 5 open teams are just that much better...

No. Bad matchup for rocklin. Grant’s pressure didn’t bother Salesian tonight. DLS, Campo, Riordan, and Salesian are all very close. Any of the 4 can win this region. 3 great games left to be played.

Dang Ankle...you can't even let me lick my wounds first?....LOL

Tonight, they lost to a bigger/taller team...point blank. Brookside Christian is a great team, but the height is what won them that game. Unfortunately their best player 1 (Robbie Ray) had a bad ankle injury, and I'd be stunned if he played on Saturday. Number 15 the Dominican Kid is a very special shooter too. Got to give him his dues.

Overall it was a fantastic season for my Stuart Hall Knights. We lost our leading scorer and our best/tallest player to transfer...and ended up winning the BCL West for a second straight year, but also won the NCS title we had not won in 5 years. I am going to miss this team a lot. Great senior players. Its tough, but that's sports.

Good luck to the rest of the teams....I will be cheering for all the city teams to do their best the rest of CIF!
