For those of us that go way back in the history of basketball in San Francisco it was very sad to hear the loss of Riordan great and unreal point guard Dorian Manigo. Back in those days you couldn’t stand the cross town rival but as we’ll get older life changes.
I am good friends with a few of his classmates these days, and Archbishop Riordan lost a legend. Dorian was by far one of the best point guards San Francisco had ever. I have been on many road trips for Niner games with the purple and gold and Dorian met is one time. I told him in high school man I couldn’t stand any of you, but today it’s a pleasure to hang with you.
