One day away! Make sure to arrive early. This event will no doubt reach capacity throughout the night.

Jordan Brown will be the guest on KNBR Sports Show at 8:15pm promoting the event. Make sure to listen in. See you Saturday. 7 games and a full day of hoops.

The teams have landed in the Bay Area and are making their way towards American Canyon to get ready for this weekend's games.

I hear some of these guys saved the hassle at the airport and just jumped here... ;)

I’m all over this show...

Less then 13 hours from tip off. This event is going to be completely bananas. Follow Facebook /Twitter/Instagram for "Prolific Prep" or the "Grind Sessions" to get updates and video footage of the event. Only on year 3, this event is turning into the #1 premiere West Coast Event.

Thus far, Bella Vista rolled Trinity Prep 91-66 and Las Lomas bashed host American Canyon 79-51.

I’d say Sacramento should handle Stuart Hall comfortably in this next game, then things will start to get more competitive.

To be fair with Trinity Prep, they only had seven guys dressed for the game. Very early in the year, they lost to powerhouse Findlay Prep by only 4, so they must have some really good players out for whatever reason...

Sac finally starting to dig in, and at the half it’s 32-27 Hall.

Stuart Hall looks quite a bit better than what I saw from them in December.

Same score, 5:39 left... MUCH better game than I anticipated, that’s for sure...

The Dragons I saw at the MLK showcase are back... They’ve shot into the lead at 51-47

Sac unable to score, and Hall’s #5 gets a pick and drives to score with 30 seconds left, tying it up

Sac holds it for one shot, no go... Overtime!

Sac sinks a pair of FT’s, 63-60 with 50 seconds left, Hall ball at their own end.

Hall misses both and Sac needs 3 to tie it... A hotly-contested bomb, nope... Sac rebound and another wild toss at the hoop... no! Hall rebounds and wins 65-62

Hillcrest looking dominant, though these teams had a 1-point game in December.

26-19 Mor, errrrrr Hillcrest with 3:44 left 1st half. Good defensive battle between two of the better Prep academies in the West...

Hillcrest gets a little bit of a lead going after the bonus situation and a bunch of FT’s... They lead 37-26 at the half.

Kyree just made one extremely impressive swat, knocked an attempted layup off the backboard...

Final score, 80-55. Caught that just in time before the scoreboard went totally off... Again. Practically new school, you’d think they would have s scoreboard that worked properly...

Now for the game that most would call the feature... Jalen Green and San Joaquin Memorial facing James Akinjo and Salesian. Should be a Killa!

44-29 at the half... SM is getting a few things to work, but they haven’t gotten much closer.

Jonah Geron is helping out for SM with four 3-bombs... The combination of having a McClanahan chestguarding Green at all times plus double team/collapse whenever Green manages to get the rock with any room is working well for Salesian.

BTW, Dameane Douglas is still out for SM... He injured an ankle in early December... Must be a pretty bad injury.

SM scores the first 5 of the half and looked for a bit like they might get back in it, but then Salesian said, “not so fast!” and scored like 10 straight...
