Lincoln @ Stagg game called at Halftime

Stay off the streets! They are coming for you Stockton! LOL

Wait, people in Stockton pay taxes? One of the biggest city recipients of food stamps? You don't say? ;)

Just admit you have been owned and move on. Not a big deal.

We are better than you up here in the hills baby! :);):);)

Where's your billionaire? Keep avoiding the question, because admit it you don't know. Do you? Again, I understand now. It's your IQ. Going to have to write a letter to the governor explaining to him that our tax payer money to help the special needs cases at Folsom Prison are going to waste. Alex Spanos and I will have to ask for our money back. There is just no hope in helping you. Best we just let you rot in your cell. Or you can take a trip to Stockton and just get it over with. Lots of merciful people here in Stockton who are good at it, like you say.

Or you can continue to bash Stockton and demonstrate to everyone on this forum that you are a pompous idiot. Oh wait, you did that last year in your posts trying to justify Folsom was better than DLS. LMFAO!!! :D

It is a proven fact that when someone has to make a statement that they are "better" than someone else and has to resort to bashing a city, there is indeed an inferior complex seeking redemption. Please note that I never made a statement saying my city was better than yours. But, you have done that several times. Haven't you? Congratulations! You have exceeded the standards! Good job! Now get back in your cell!

I will trade not having a billionaire over being the murder capital of CA any day my friend ;)

We have lots of millionaires to make up for the one billionaire deficit.

If I wanted to see a real prison, I would just travel down to one of your high school football games. Due to the incident that occurred this weekend, it looks like the real prison crowd is in the stands :)

As I said before...You should have made better decisions...Then you may not have ended up having to settle for a place like Stockton. I can smell it from here-it stinks!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I think it has been very well proven that my city is better than yours.

Our kids our better than yours.

Enjoy the "streets of Stockton!" LMFAO!!!! ;);););)

Keep talking crap. I can smell your breath from all the way over here in Stockton, and it stinks more than the dump I just laid.

I am very happy for you. Now get back in your cell. Playtime is over.

That dump you just laid will fit right in where it belongs. The City of Stockton ;)

I hope so. I pay good taxes for my waste to be collected by the City of Stockton and have it sent to Folsom for prisoner special projects, what you call play-dough. Stop eating the play-dough and get back in your cell!

The City of Stockton has been often referred to as a "cell."

90 percent of the citizens are cons, ex-cons, or should be cons ;)

Remember in your next life to make better decisions. I am sure Stockton is not what you had planned. It's kind of like finishing last place in the race and then trying to make fun of the race winner :)

Those championship banners sure do look tastier than that section 8 housing in Stockton :p:p:p:p:p:p:p

You are so angry! LOL, I love it :)

Another one bites the dust...In Stockton. LMFAO!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Angry? More like sorry for you. You really are a tool. I bet your real name is Richard, huh? Let's see if you can figure that one out. LOL!

Anyways, it also fun messing with idiots like you. Enjoy your day and good luck this season! Peace out!

I sleep very good at night in my amazing little neighborhood.

It could be worse. Check out the link below ;)

Last time I checked Briggs Ranch didn't have a fence around it? All those nice neighborhoods the Dawg speaks of have fences? To keep them in or out? lol....

Sorry Dawg you brought this on your self by posting about Folsom......but back to football, why doesn't Folsom play OOS teams like Texas??? DO does it? DLS does it? To be the best, you have to play the best!

Fences as in "gated communities?" Absolutely.

Beautiful neighborhood, I may add;)

Back to football. Folsom isn't a national power by any means this year and nobody has said such. LAST YEAR, they could have been considered for a game like that. But, public schools generally aren't in the national conversation year to year. These games have to be scheduled years out. That is tough for a year to year team like Folsom.

Surprised I would have to educate you on something simply like this. Your mind must be foggy from that DLS loss this weekend ;)

DLS won't be traveling to Texas anytime soon :p

I'm laughing my ass off. Seriously guys Stockton is a shat hole. Get over it. My wife unfortunately has to go there for work periodically and there company has special "buddy" system protocol. I told her webex needs to replace these in person visits. Not worth it. I rank Stockton up there with fine cities like Newark NJ, Baltimore, MD, East St. Louis, Gary Ind, and Detroit. Get use to the shootings and violent crimes. I'm not planning any trips down the 99 this year.

Larry,
Exactly. The fact that this guy was trying to argue for Stockton was absolutely mind boggling to me.

At first, I thought he was on drugs...Well, I still think he is...Un-be-liev-able. ;)

Speaking of drugs, have they "cleaned up" Stockton's Charter Way/MLK Blvd area? My cousin always reported seeing hordes of crackheads and prostitutes on this local "stroll" several years ago when he used to live in Lodi.

Not according to everyone that has been there lately and the rash of YouTube murder videos online ;)

What has happened to Stockton and some of the truly grim portions of the Central Valley is utterly sad and awful. The poor, the illiterate, the dispossessed (yes, many of them are immigrants, lots of them illegals) are like something right out of a John Steinbeck novel. It's the "Grapes of Wrath" all over again in a slightly different form. The gang violence is just one iota of the circumstances that beset this region of the state. The prep sports aspect of this dire situation, frankly, is not terribly relevant. Any of us who live in California need to understand what is happening throughout this badly depressed area. All of us are paying a price for this situation, one way or the other.

Actually no joking aside that was really well said colhenrylives. And to reference a fine novel from John Steinbeck whether it was Cannary Row or the Grapes of Wrath was equally as impressive.

You guy are welcome to paint whatever picture you want to paint. Just a bunch of haters who can't accept the fact that Stockton has its good parts, too:

Stockton's not terribly relevant in sports?

You sniffing paint, colhenrylives?

Well, time to set you straight, too ...

St. Mary's of "Stockton" is very relevant in prep sports. Aside from a very good football team over recent years, this school excels in baseball, too, having won 3 D1 SJS section championships in a row and appearing in 6 straight finals. SMS is also competitive in water polo, volleyball, and boys basketball. Not relevant enough? How about being ranked nationally in girls soccer over recent years? And finally, guess who has the #1 girls basketball program in the country this year? Yep, the same team that spanks every Sacramento based team and any other NorCal team, year after year. Folsom may have a couple state banners hanging in their gym for football. But, I bet St. Mary's has more state banners hanging in their gym than Folsom, when you count the number of state championships the girls basketball team has won. And if not for the fact that it's D3 size school competing in D1 league, SMS would be winning just as many state championships as neighbor Modesto team, Central Catholic has in recent years. Just how many "section" championships in "all" sports does Folsom have? Hint: No where near the # of CIF section championships that hangs in Morelli Gym.

You guys want to keep talking crap about the city of Stockton, go right ahead. But, get your facts straight when it comes to the relevance of prep sports in the city of Stockton. Okay, maybe you can include an asterisk when you consider St. Mary's relevance in prep sports alone for the city of Stockton. But, likewise, you would be ignoring the asterisk when you fail to realize the city of Stockton has "some" good areas and some very wealthy and affluent citizens of Stockton.

You keep your focus on the "negative" and can't accept the "positives" equates to just being a bunch of pompous haters! Total shame!

It all started when one poster brought up Folsom.....The school that claims to be the best but doesn't play the best?

DO isn't a private and yet look at their schedule? If they can do it why can't Folsom?

I used to have to travel to Stockton in the 90's every week. It was the worst day of my week. The town was a chit hole then and it's only worse....Sorry Dawg....

Correction. It started with me posting what happened at the Stagg vs Lincoln game and someone stating "Stockton. Enough said."

All I was "trying" to do was explain that ALL cities have their issues some worse than others. But, it isn't all bad. People tend to focus on the negative because they get sucked into the media's influence. There is no denial that this negative stuff happens, just like we hear all the negativity across the nation that is tearing this nation apart. But, there are positive things going on, too, and even you seem blind to it.

When I mentioned Folsom's crime rate exceeding the nation, I was referring to the eye sore of the prison. But, someone couldn't read into this, yet someone else did. This apparently bothered him. I believe it got worst when he was so embarrassed he couldn't figure it out. He could dish out a stereotype against Stockton, but couldn't handle the stereotype against Folsom. Hence, the storm against Stockton. Like I said, I can't help someone who does not have the capacity to be helped. Oh oh, I think he is going to get upset again. Watch!

It's too bad where you traveled in Stockton was not a good area. Yes, we have plenty of them. Sorry, too. But, there really are nice parts. Not all nice areas are gated (ie. Morada, northeast subdivision with million dollar homes that sit on multi-acre lots). But, most are gated. Even Alex Spanos's residence is guarded, even with guard towers. When you are that rich, I guess you worry if your family were to be kidnapped (not by local gangs, but by more sophisticated criminals seeking ransom). But, if you go to Beverly Hills, Brentwood (SoCal), Pacific Palisades, and areas of Danville, you will find secured personnel gated homes/communities, probably for the same reason. Even my cousin in Folsom lives behind a gate. So why differentaite? Why does Folsom have gates (fences), too, if it supposed to be so safe?

Just total ignorance!

Dude, you still haven't given up yet!? Unbelievable...

First off, YOU said the crime rate in Folsom was above the national average. When I posted facts and statistics about how far off you were, you then claimed that your statement had to do with the prison! Are you kidding me? The prison is tucked behind massive hills, and you cannot see it from any part of the city unless you are in a plane! That has nothing to do with anything. Go ask the people of Marin County how safe they feel with San Quentin right there. According to real estate prices, they feel pretty safe ;). Don't be an idiot. Are you that embarrassed that I shamed the City of Stockton!? Every person has got on this thread and bashed Stockton, just as I did. It is well known that the place is a HUGE SH**HOLE! You can simply type Stockton in on any search engine and find nothing but negative things. Guess what? None of us wrote those articles.

So, you go on to say that communities like Beverly Hills, Brentwood (SoCal), Pacific Palisades, and areas of Danville all have gated communities. THEN, you say, "Why does Folsom have gates (fences), too, if it supposed to be so safe?" Are you kidding me? Are you high on something?

Look...Your argument is awful. It is so awful that when it was first brought up, I started laughing and seriously thought you were high on meth (not surprising for Stockton). Just stop posting and making yourself look like an idiot. To compare a place like Stockton to Folsom would almost be as criminal as the actual criminals walking down your street as we speak. You have been completely owned on here and put in your place.

Do we think that we are better than you up here? I never actually thought of it until I spoke with you. Now, I completely know how much better we are. I think you should have stayed in school, gotten a degree, so you could make enough money to raise your kids in a beautiful community like Folsom. Then maybe you wouldn't have to deal with issues like guns at high school football games. People with REAL money buy homes in nice places to get away from stuff like that. Obviously, this wasn't something in the deck of cards for you. As I have said before, enjoy Stockton. Embrace it ;)

And I think you of all people (living in Stockton) should be the VERY LAST PERSON ON EARTH calling anyone out for having an "eyesore" in their city. YOU LIVE IN STOCKTON!!!! :):):):):):):)

Just to clarify the whole "gated community" issue. I am not sure where you are getting your information.

The main communities, and nicest in my opinion, are Briggs Ranch, Empire Ranch, Lexington Hills, and Los Cerros. None of those are gated. Gated communities are rare in Folsom for many positive reasons ;)

Please do your research BEFORE POSTING:):):):):):):)

LMFAO! I've heard of Folsom Lake, but you must be a Folsom FAKE! Or, just as I thought ... you live in Folsom's most prestigious property, Folsom Prison, and still stuck in your cell.

Research? I guess you missed my blog entry where I mentioned my cousins live in Folsom, and that they sold their home (on Tarbolton Cir) about a year ago to move back to their home in Folsom they were renting out. I may only visit him and his wife maybe once or twice a year, but I know when I drive thru a gate and when I don't. The next time they let you out on parole, please take a drive down E Natoma St and turn into Cameron Dr before turning right or left onto Tarbolton Cir, and please share with me what you see. I am really curious.

Nevermind. Since they are probably holding you in prison for being a pompous a-hole, let me help you out. Here is a link that contains a map to help you open your eyes:

http://www.bing.com/maps/?mkt=en-us&where1=2029 Tarbolton Cir,Folsom,CA,,

Click on the link above, click on Bird's eye and zoom in. Now tell me what you see.

Time to put that cone hat back on your head, jump back in the bus, and return to your cell. As you "try" to exclaim ... YOU have just been owned! :D

BTW, my cousin's wife just shared with me on Facebook, "There are also gates in Folsom at Hillcrest development." They now live on Elderberry Circle, a bit more modest house, and they made the move to downsize, being empty nesters after their daughter moved away to go to college. No more gates, but that's expected for a more modest house. In comparison, Stockton's Brookside has non-gated property (modest property), gated property (also, modest property), and "the gate" property (a bit more upper class property) that overlooks the golf course.

Curious what the other side of the railroad tracks are for Stockton, click on the address below or are you too paranoid you might get shot:

6213 Crooked Stick Cir, Stockton, CA 95219

Hmm? Interesting ... this house above for sale in Stockton is selling for a very similar price compared to the current value of the (gated) house with similar square footage my cousins sold last year out of Empire Ranch. Do you need more links of properties that provide proof that Stockton has it's good places? Or do you prefer to stay stuck in your pompous, ignorant, idiotic based IQ mind of yours "trying" to knock down Stockton, "still"? I guess the fact that St. Mary's has more section and state banners hanging in its gym hurt a bit. Huh?

Like I said, you really are a tool, Richard!

Wait. So you first said that Folsom is "full of gated communities." Then you were proved wrong. So, now you are saying that "per your cousins wife on Facebook, there is gates in the Hillcrest neighborhood." So, which one is it? You seem a bit confused. I think there is something really wrong with you dude...time to lay off that Stockton meth LMFAO! The fact that you are trying to argue (of all places) Stockton over a place like Folsom is probably one of the most laughable things I have heard in years. I thought I had heard it all! ;)

Crime was SO bad in 2012, in Stockton, that Dallas Brayden (Oakland A's) went on local TV and threatened to sell his house. That is how bad it was/is. Being a major league pitcher, I am sure he didn't live in Section 8 housing (a bulk of Stockton). That means crime was IN HIS UPPER CLASS neighborhood (if there is such a thing in Stockton). Check the link below.

Just admit it. You can't afford to live in a nice place like Folsom, so you go online and bash it. I don't have to bash Stockton...everyone else on here does including the media, and the better half of the nation. It is the MURDER CAPITAL OF CA! LMFAO. That is a fact. Your criminals are roaming the streets in YOUR neighborhood. At least ours our locked tight ;)

As I have said before. You should have made better choices. You could have lived in a nice place. Your kids could have gone to schools without gun incidents at high school football games. Don't bash others because of your poor decisions.

I think its time for you to lay off that Stockton meth pipe and try to change things down there for the better. Us folk, up here in the hills, don't like hearing about all of you down there in the valley killing each other! LMFAO!!!!!!

Exactly! So sad!!!

According to Bulldogmgc, that is all propaganda, in regards to Stockton. He claims there are very nice places in Stockton.

Well, guess what? I can put a bow on a piece of sh*t, but at the end of the day, it is still a piece of sh*t ;)

Heck, there are really nice booths to sit in at McDonalds. Unfortunately, that doesn't make McDonalds a 5 star restaurant. Especially a McDonalds in Stockton :):):):)

Where did I ever say "that Folsom is "full of gated communities."? Stop making up stuff, Richard! It does not reflect well, especially when you were called out. Let me help spell it out for you again ...

YOU said "The main communities, and nicest in my opinion, are Briggs Ranch, Empire Ranch, Lexington Hills, and Los Cerros. None of those are gated. Gated communities are rare in Folsom for many positive reasons." I even helped by bolding these words for you. And you still can't comprehend! Pitiful!

I called you out as being an IDIOT in your statement, when indeed Empire Ranch does have a gated neighborhood. I provided you proof! And you still pretend to live there. LOL!

I even referenced a property in Stockton that is right up there in $ value with a "gated" property of Empire Ranch of Folsom. But, you failed to recognize that, as well.

Indeed, your Folsom housing is NOT affordable for most of Stockton citizens, because there are indeed many low income folks in Stockton, no doubt. But, Folsom is very affordable for those of "us" Stocktonians who do reside in the affluent parts of Stockton. In fact, like my cousin who lives in Folsom, both he and his wife "and" me and my wife make enough money to afford a 750K house and "also" send our kids to private school (my cousin's kids went to Jesuit and Christian Brothers, while our kids went to St. Mary's). Sure, both of us could have sent our kids to public school, but if we can afford to provide them a better education, why not. In 11 days, I will be helping my youngest son move into Cal Poly where will be majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I think my decision to live in Stockton and send my sons to St. Mary's paid off.

Meanwhile, your kids (if you have any) will probably be cleaning the toilets at Folsom's State Prison and visiting you during visiting hours. Great to keep the family together!

Dallas Braden's grandmother lives in an apartment??? There are no apartments in the affluent areas of Stockton. He is a Stagg High alum, and was probably living with his grandma to help her out and save some money, knowing his career as a ball player wasn't going to last that long. Very humble young man. Sad, he was victimized. As much money he may have made playing for the A's, you would think he would move his grandmother out of her apartment. But, maybe she did not want to move? Sure, he had an outburst. But, despite the moment captured on video, the kid still comes out to Stockton and still helps the needy. On Thanksgiving, he personally collects and distributes food for the needy. UOP even gave Braden an Annual Community Service Award. Good kid! He is not a coward! He is upset as many of us Stocktonians are that we do not have enough police due to poor city budget issues. But, we are all confident it will be corrected and things will turn around. Like I have always said, there is indeed crime in Stockton, but there are also some safe areas, too. Like any city, there will be good parts and bad parts.

Keep posting the huge difference in income and crime between Stockton and Folsom. But, stop being an IDIOT and recognize that I am "correct" in stating that Stockton is not "all" low income and not "all" high crime. Stockton does have some safe areas and does have some well to do income, too. Need more proof? Below is a link to a heat map that reflects crime activity for both cities:

Stockton, CA, crime heat map

Folsom, CA, crime heat map

Notice "both" have plenty of GREEN areas. BTW, I live in a GREEN area. Already provided proof of well to do areas in Stockton. Already shared we have a billionaire who "still" lives in Stockton. I think I have said enough. If I can't get you to digest this, then that's your problem, not mine.

How about talking about some football? When is Folsom going to schedule a game with St. Mary's? Or as someone else posted, when is Folsom going to go out of state to play football? St. Mary's hasn't done this yet, but understand there has been some discussion. It is very well known that our girl's basketball team travels outside the state each and every year. Hoping our football team will do the same, even though it's not relatively as good as our girls basketball team. I heard Folsom has a pretty good boys basketball team. Do they travel outside the state?

"I even referenced a property in Stockton that is right up there in $ value with a "gated" property of Empire Ranch of Folsom." LMFAO!!! You are for sure on meth or some type of good weed! So you found ONE property in Stockton that could rival a normal property here in Folsom? Unbelievable.

You have people going on television and warning the public about YOUR OWN CITY. Dallas Brayden IS ONE OF YOUR OWN. He said the "crime is so out of control in this city, that I am selling my home and moving immediately." Again, HE IS ONE OF YOUR OWN.

And "affluent parts of Stockton!?" You are kidding right? There is nothing "affluent" about Stockton. I am sitting right here with 3 other people right now and they are laughing, LMAO! :):)

Again, let me post the REAL crime stats for you, and not a "heat map" that ONLY shows there crimes tend to be committed. Look below for the REAL numbers. I own you :)

Stockton, CA
Violent crime rate in 2013
Stockton: 660.6
U.S. Average: 203.3
Property crime rate in 2013
Stockton: 553.9
U.S. Average: 250.2

Folsom, CA
Violent crime rate in 2013
Folsom: 73.4
U.S. Average: 203.3
Property crime rate in 2013
Folsom: 153.9
U.S. Average: 250.2

LOOK AT THOSE NUMBERS!!!!! You aren't even in the CONVERSATION WITH US!!! LMFAO!!!! That is like comparing the Golden State Warriors to a Junior Varsity high school team lollllllll :)

Stockton, CA
Median household income in Stockton in 2013:
Stockton:
$42,114
State:
$60,190

Folsom, CA
Median family income in Folsom in 2013:
Folsom:
$102,210
State:
$60,190

Look at the INCOME GAP! Again, you are not even in the CONVERSATION with us. MAYBE...MAYBE just move to a place like Granite Bay, and we can chat :)

Face it, you have BEEN OWNED. You had to send your kid to private school because the public school system is AWFUL there. So, you live in a community that is the MURDER CAPITAL of CA, a city that has filed BANKRUPTCY, and the school system is so bad, you are FORCED to send your kids to private school. Sounds like an "affluent" community to me. But, let's be honest. Look at the income information for Stockton. Your definition of "affluent" is like 60k a year! LMFAO!!!

Up here in the hills, we have two AMAZING TOP RANKED public schools to CHOOSE from. And guess what? They are FREE! Sometimes it pays to pony up and live in a nice community, in order to get access to the top public schools without having to send kids to private schools.

And for the record, Folsom will not schedule St. Marys. You don't get a title fight with the heavyweight champion if you haven't even won a real fight, against a real contender. AND, we don't allow metal detectors at our high school games...So, looks like that match up won't happen Richard ;)

As for your son...Let me get this straight. So you PAID for him to attend a private school for 4 years, just so you could PAY for him to go to college for 4 years? Sounds like a solid investment to me. You must be a total idiot. The same parents here send their kids to school for FREE and get there kids into the SAME school your son is going to. Except, they paid half the price (free high school) LMFAO! I guess your decision to live in Stockton REALLY paid off LMAO.

I will come out and say it- We are better than you ;):);):);):);):);):);)

Let the inferiority complex sink in. Feel the burn ;)

You have been owned :)

Sorry Richard, can't help you. You are simply hopeless. As I stated, can't help a person who has an idiotic IQ. Gotta LOVE the ignore button!

Good luck to your Bulldogs!

Gotta love these controversial "rivalry" posts...We can chalk this one up with the rest of them:
