Maurice Jones Drew retires from NFL

Maurice retires after 9 years in the NFL. He posted on his twitter account. Wow....remember watching him dominate in so many games in high school, college and NFL. Great career and on to the next.

Hey, that is like 50 years from an NFL RB. Hopefully he can walk without a limp and his mind is all intact from the blows he's sustained over the years. Hats off to a great player and career.

No kidding NFL players especially running backs take a beating! Blows me away Emmitt Smith played the game 30 years and still walks among us.

Not only can Emmitt Smith walk, but he won the competition on Dancing with the Stars a couple years ago which is no easy task. BTW, Emmit performed immensley better than Jerry Rice on DWTS and we won;t even talk about Warren Sapp & how he performed [on or off DWTS, HA,ha - if you've followed his latest antics, when will these guys ever learn - stay away from the hookers!]
