Mitty beats Consumes Oaks

Mitty led most of the way by as much as 20 but a late four point play and a buzzer beating half court shot at the end made it look closer. Sebastian Much is back in the lineup as well and the freshman Grigsby . Grigsby had some good minutes and Much was rusty but played ok. This should make the Mitty vs Sac game a good one!

Yes alot of them on putbacks. He was a monster on the boards. CO's biggest guy was 6-6 and he was a three man which was whom their top players who could shoot as well as drive the ball. There was 0 inside presence. Mitty will have their hands full with Solomon Young who is a 6-7 powerhouse leaper. This will be a big test for Kone to see if he can dominate with someone his size and a good skill set to go with it. Sac has alot of other D1 players on the roster as well. Mittys guard play and defense will have to be up to par. Who ever shoots it better at Arco wins and we have seen teams struggle their shooting the ball ala Sheldon vs Mitty in the Gordon Era. Crazy to think guards Corb and Monroe(SJSU football commit) were playing in that game with Monroe getting a considerable amount of minutes, and Gordon is in the NBA. Time flys!
