That was very impressive... As you state, these guys are better than many think.
Great win by MT. I really thought they were done when it was 16-0. MT went on like a 39-12 run after this.
This loss hangs a lot on Wall from Folsom IMO. He had a chance to knock out MT early and should have left the starters in. Instead, he went deep into the bench and the continuity was totally disrupted. He played 10 guys in the 1st. The guard for MT (lefty) was sensational. Folsom had no answers. Folsom struggles some with physical/athletic teams. MT clicks the boxes.
Also saw Lincoln play. Lincoln looks awfully good. Def not much separates the top 2-3 teams in the SJS. Good turnout over at Folsom.

For sure. Most teams would have hung heads and started to point fingers. MT kept incredibly composed. Well coached kids.
Should be a real exciting SJS.
I was really impressed by the MT frosh big. He has great hands and touch around the rim. It will be interesting to see if he continues to grow and is more of a true post at the next level or a big wing. But has a very bright future.
Yup. Strong kid. Folsom had no answers. They missed him on a few lobs too.
Already has offers from Washington Huskies..Sac State,etc.
Not surprised. Very talented young man. I hope he stays put. You will be fine kid. You got a coach who knows what he's doing and has a strong presence amongst his coaches and kids.
True to staying around at MT. ..Montverde Academy and Prolific Prep loom...
