Here are the latest projections from a couple of mock drafts:

DraftExpress:

Josh Jackson #3 to Philadelphia
DJ Wilson #27 to Brooklyn
Ivan Rabb #29 to San Antonio
Cameron Oliver #50 to Philadelphia

Seth Davis' Draft House:

Josh Jackson #3 to Philadelphia
DJ Wilson #24 to Utah
Ivan Rabb #31 to Atlanta
Cameron Oliver #50 to Philadelphia

NBADraft.net

Josh Jackson #1 to Boston
DJ Wilson #21 to Oklahoma City
Ivan Rabb #24 to Utah

Josh Jackson is as local as Kyree walker. Seriously he's from Detroit not Napa. Can we agree on that? I would rather report on Lonzo Ball being from chino hills. Most of us got to see him play in HS.

I think Wilson has a high ceiling. If Rabb rebounds he can be a journeyman type 8th man in the league.

I just added Josh because he played in NorCal. Would do the same for Kyree or anyone else who had ties to here. Obviously, there's is a different story than someone like Ivan Rabb

There is a huge difference between spending your Senior year in NorCal and being from NorCal. Kind of like Walker, Came for 1 year, won Freshman of the Year, then left because he knew he was 2 years older than the rest of the Freshman in the State.

Guys like walker are nomads. They are loyal to the next best offer

But my point was more related to Jackson.

Kyree's mother grew up in the bay and he was here 7th to 9th grade.

If you don't like one of the names I put on here, you can focus on Ivan, DJ and Cameron.

Stanley Johnson spent more time in the Bay playing for the Soldiers for 2 years than both Jackson & Walker combined...LOL

Didn't Jackson start the chess club at his alma mater, Justin Sienna? Doesn't get more how hometown than that.

Ha ha!! Dad there is a 6"8 kid in my class but he's only here like 1 or 2 days a month. (Like Jefferson from fast times at ridgemont high)

In all seriousness I'm pulling for all the NorCal kids especially Oliver who few talked about and didn't get pampered in the process. I could see him being a better contributor than Rabb. Wilson in a few years might be the best of them all though. His 6"10 size with 7"3 wingspan fits new NBA mold.

DJ is definitely a kid that will be much better 2-3 years from now.

NBA was harsh on Rabb as a second rounder. Ouch! I didn't think he would impress at combines because physically he's average. Shows you how important it is to monetize your worth at the right time. Wilson has more upside and they noticed that. It will be an uphill battle for rabb but lots of good players came from round 2.
