NCS Finals and NorCal Finals at higher seeds gym

This seems off but I read on the girls board that NCs finals and NorCal will all be at host ( top seeds) high schools. Cramming all NorCal games + State into a 2week window is a stretch but also having the NorCal Open at a local hs seems very cheap and favoring the top seeds tremendously. Add in it will be on a Tuesday, What was NCS/CIFCIF think?

It's not exactly cheap. But it def. is cost effective. If you're the higher seed you deserve to have the game at your place. CIF is different because you throw in the teams from Modesto and Sacramento. It shakes things up a bit. NCS is a little more cut and dry than CIF is.

I personally would love to see the NCS and/or CIF Championship Games played at Oracle Arena in Oakland or at the new Chase Center.

CIF Championship at Golden One was an awesome experience, and it would be cool for the kids to get as many shots as possible to play on a NBA court. Of Course cost wise it's expensive, even for the Private Schools.

Ncs d1 finals are at st marys on Friday girls at 6 and boys at 8 not sure where ncs D2-5 finals are taking place.

NCS finals always take place at a neutral site except in D6
