New Liberty Head Coach

Apparently Hoefs and Liberty High School have agreed to part ways. Highly intrigued to see who gets that job. Been a tough time in Brentwood and Liberty having cohesion in the community the past couple of years.

I wonder what happened with Hoefs. I thought he would have a chance to stick there once Partridge left.

The school has had a turnover with administration since the pandemic. I heard it was just a matter of Hoefs and new admin not being on the same page.

Hoefs coached my son’s Frosh 10-0 team, the only undefeated football team in school history. There was a good amount of talent on that team. I suspect coaching at the varsity level is very different than coaching a team of 14 year olds.
