Welcome to the All-NorCal Pro Team thread! The goal here is to build the ultimate football squad made up of the best players from Northern California who are currently playing in the NFL, UFL, CFL, or any other pro league. Think of it as a NorCal dream team, showcasing our region's top talent at every position. We’ll go position by position, so bring your knowledge, reps your local guys, and let’s build this roster together. Got a favorite hometown hero still playing in the pros? Drop their name and make the case—they just might make the team!

Great off-season question - seems like Nor-Cal talent and numbers in the NFL are dwindling. lot of the big names are at the end of their careers and not too many emerging players behind them.

My $0:02 on current All nor-cal pro team - maybe only Devante Adams, Vita Vea and Aric Armstead would be considered for all-time nor-cal all pro team. Brock Bowers will have a chance to be best TE ever from Norcal.

QB - Josh Allen - if you consider him Central CA then Aaron Rodgers - but not technically on a roster so you would default to Jared Goff
RB - Joe Mixon and then Najee Harris
WR's Devante Adams, Brandin Cooks and Xavier Worthy (central CA)
TE's Brock Bowers, Zack Ertz, Austin Hooper
OT's Colton Miller, Jonah Williams
OG's Aaron Banks, Antonio Mafi, Alex Cappa
C Drew Dahlman

DE's Isiah Foskey, Carl Granderson
DT's Vita Vea, Aric Armstead
LB's Shaq Thompson, Henry To'oto'o, Jordan Kunaszyk
DB's Taron Johnson, Akhello Witherspoon, Daron Bland and Mekhi Blackman

All Time all Norcal Pro team

QB - Tom Brady (great bench Dan Fouts, Jim Plunkett, Aaron Rodgers)
RB - OJ Simpson, Marshawn Lynch (from the wayback machine Ollie Matson and John Henry Johnson)
WR's Lynn Swan, Devante Adams, Julian Edelman
TE - Brent Jones
OT's Bob St Clair, David Bhaktiari
OG's Larry Allen, Dick Stanfel
C Kevin Goggin, Jeremy Newbury

DE;s Jared Allen, Andre Carter
Dt's Vita Vea, Akeem hicks, Aric Armstead
LB's Jack Del Rio, DJ Williams, Teddy Brushi, Shaq Thompson
DB's Deltha O'neill, Cornell Green
Safeties - Roy Williams, Pat Tillman

"Who are currently playing in the NFL, UFL, CFL, or any other pro league".
(Why is that funny, Sarah?)

Great list. You had all of the current names I was thinking about too. Offensively it is a pretty strong group, but you are correct that not much coming through that I can see to fill in at WR for example in a couple of years.

Great lists. All time I would find spot for Aaron Taylor on O-line.

Thanks to @PALbooster for the great list! Off that list and my notes here is what I came up with.

Some decisions to be made:
- We have six skill players and need to get it down to 5
- Linebacker has a clear top two so lets go with 5 DBs
- Decisions to narrow down the DB list
- Decision on the second DE
