I’m really curious to see how this game plays out on Friday night. Both teams were rolling, both lost this week. Both have big, physical lines. OR played mighty Folsom. GB was held to 126 yards total offense against Del Oro. After starting 5-0, one of these teams will drop to 0-2 in league. Who will it be?

Granite Bay is my guess, they struggled to beat a Spanish Springs team 23-3 that MC running clocked in Reno the week before 48-10……I think they are going to come back to earth in SFL play

I think it will be a dog fight. OR really had a disappointing 2nd half against folsom after playing a solid first. They need to clean some stuff up because GB will be hungry and it’s at home for them. I think it will be pretty low scoring and a grind.
Del Oro really impressed me when I watched them a couple weeks ago. Looks like that Folsom game will be for League.

I’m working on not letting threads get taken off track by design. With that, I deleted some messages and with replies, had to take out a number of them. That’s why a chunk of messages are missing.
Thank you my man!

I don’t have any real insight into this, but I just get a feeling GB might surprise OR in this one.

Both teams coming off league opening losses and both were undefeated. Be interesting to see how they respond to a must win type game. Nobody wants to be 0-2. Carter Jackson has Game changing speed. If he breaks a couple I like GB chances. Somehow D0 contained him which speaks volumes about there D. This should be a battle in the trenches as both teams have very physical lines. I will def be out there for this one.

I feel like GB has to stay even or play from ahead. Their passing game is all predicated on play action, and if they have to play from behind their passing game is ineffective. Honestly, I was surprised how quickly they abandoned the running game against DO. Like Larry said, CJ has the ability to break off a long run for a touchdown at any time, but they didn’t try to run much in the second half.
